A Nebraska City couple was arrested by the Nebraska City Police Department Tuesday on suspicion of child abuse to their 3-and-a-half-month-old daughter.Deanna Cunningham, 21, was arrested by the the NCPD at 3:40 p.m. and Kelly Shaun Robison, 22, was arrested by officers at 3:50 p.m. Both were arrested on suspicion of child abuse resulting in serious bodily injury.The NCPD and Nebraska City Fire & Rescue responded to an emergency call of an "unresponsive baby" at an [...]
