An Otoe County Sheriff's Office deputy arrested a Talmage man on suspicion of sexual assault of a child.Geordan Grover, 21, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. for allegedly kissing an 11-year-old girl on the lips in the Talmage Community Park on June 23.
